The all-rounder’s T20I journey began in February 2009 against Sri Lanka in Colombo. Over his career, Jadeja played 74 T20Is, scoring 515 runs in 41 innings with a strike rate of 127.16. He also claimed 54 wickets with an economy rate of 7.13.

Jadeja’s best batting performance came against England in Birmingham in 2022, where he scored an unbeaten 46 off 29 balls. As a bowler, he often played a crucial role in containing runs during the middle overs. His best bowling figures of 3/15 were achieved against Scotland in the 2021 T20 World Cup.

Known for his exceptional fielding skills, Jadeja took 28 catches in his T20I career. He was equally effective patrolling the boundary or fielding at backward point.
